My Site Build It Review

A Site Build It review from a real SBI user!

My name is Ellen Davis, and before building a successful web business (check out the Alexa ranking for Ketogenic-Diet-Resource.com under Health) with Site Build It! (SBI) from Sitesell, I worked as an IT manager for the Federal government. Although I liked my job, and I made pretty good money, I really wanted to find a way to work for myself, so that I could enjoy my time on my own terms instead of having to follow my employer’s agenda.

I stumbled upon Sitesell in 2008 while reading Steve Pavlina’s self-help website newsletter. After checking out his enthusiastic Site Build It review, I realized SBI offered a solid, proven plan for building a web-based business. As I watched the videos and read about their method, I was amazed at all the tools SBI provided for one low yearly cost, and I liked that their website talked about building a website that delivered true value to the potential customer.

Achieving a Life Goal

One of my life goals has always been to find a way to make a living by helping people, and Sitesell’s tone and method of doing business was in line with that goal. I’d considered other website building companies, but they seemed to be focused on the technical aspects of search engine tweaking, and on the “make money” aspect more than building a website about which I could be proud and passionate.

After I read all of the case studies that Sitesell offered, I came away with the impression that all of those folks using Site Build It had created sites which contributed real content and value to their readers. I got really excited because it seemed like each person was doing what I wanted to do – make a living helping others by sharing information. I was encouraged because I knew that if I was going to build a web-based business, I wanted to connect with my readers and provide good information that they could use, not “upsell” them constantly. The Sitesell method focused on content, not sales gimmicks.

So in 2008, I took the plunge and bought my first Sitesell subscription. It took me a while to master the learning curve, and get used to Sitesell’s 10-day action plan, but true to form, Sitesell offered all kinds of assistance. The forums gave me a place to ask specific questions of other, more seasoned Sitesell users and the support staff was always available. Sitesell also offers tons of how-to articles, newsletters, video courses and just about every kind of help you might need. They really want to help you succeed, and they offer assistance every step of the way.

I kept at it, and my perseverance and efforts paid off. The Sitesell method really worked! I built a 150 page website over the next two years, and I now have a business that matters to me, and is of great value to my readers. I’m passionate about the subject of my website and I love getting emails from my readers that tell me how much they value and enjoy what I write and share. It makes me so happy to know that I’ve helped people in some way.

What I find most astonishing is that I’ve also managed to build a business that allows me to make *three times* what I was making every month as an IT manager. And best of all, I get up every morning and decide how I would like to spend my day; no deadlines, no bosses, no workplace politics. Just me and my ideas. I believe Sitesell’s commitment to teaching me how to build real content for real readers instead of trying to scam search engines for traffic made the difference.

My wildly successful site has now been up for almost five years, and each year, I make more contacts with the top experts in my field, and my business gets bigger and better connected. I now have multiple streams of income, and I learned how to set it all up through the easy-to-use and ever expanding base of tools and methods that Sitesell provides.

Site Build It Reviews: Know Real from Fake

If you are searching for a way to make a living by sharing information with others, Sitesell is the way to go. Don’t fall for the falsely negative and FAKE Solo Build It reviews out there. (Reviews touting Wealthy Affiliate in particular, are ones to doubt. Compare their false “success” rates to Sitesell’s real success rates here. You quickly see WA's claims are fake. It’s clear that WA doesn’t care about their own customers because they sell them false hope.. this is the direct opposite of how Sitesell does business!)

If you read one of these negative reviews, keep in mind that the writer was paid to write that dishonest review, and has no direct experience with the success of Sitesell. In contrast, I was not paid to write this review. I do have an affiliate account with Sitesell, but writing this review won’t generate any income for me. I wrote it because I believe in Sitesell and I want others to know the people at Sitesell truly care about helping their customers succeed.

For instance, I think it is telling that I am Facebook friends with Ken Evoy, the owner of Sitesell. Surely, no other website building company has such a transparent, friendly and caring CEO. His commitment to supporting his customers and helping them succeed shines through the whole organization.

Read some other REAL Solo Build It reviews and you’ll see what I mean. All of those reviews are from people who have actually utilized Sitesell to build a successful web business, and you can tell they write from actual knowledge. They have succeeded because Sitesell has taught them how.

In my experience, Solo Build It leveled the playing field for me as a small business owner, and made it possible for me to quit my job and live my life on my own terms. Thank you to all the folks at Sitesell! You gave me the tools to change my life, and I will be forever grateful!
